Thank you, Henry, for timely information on fitness/gym location. The price is certainly affordable. Does the facility have much to offer in the ways of variety?

They have many bikes, treadmills, stair climbers. They also have at least 20 upper and lower body weight machines. They have a trainer who will take your history and get you safely started.

Listed below are recent fixes we have applied to the game. Keep in mind that some of these changes may not be active until after the realm has been restarted.
?The Faction Champions encounter in the normal 10-player and normal 25-player Trial of the Crusader instances have had a number of spells and abilities altered which should result in less overall damage.
?The Anub'arak encounter has been changed on all difficulties. Anub?arak now attacks faster, the Nerubian Burrowers should hit a little harder, and their Expose Weakness ability now caps at 9 stacks. (MMO-Champion Note : Apparently the spell now increases damage taken by 25%, down from 30% - Expose Weakness)
?Some season 7 arena weapons will now have a socket.
?Threat of Thassarian will now properly halve the damage of Rune Strike for the off-hand strike.

?The Idle/Inactive debuff is now cleared upon round switches in Strand of the Ancients.
?The Mistress of Pain will now target more accurately in the 25 man Heroic Jaraxxus encounter.
?The damage of Hunter?s Volley ability has been increased.

I love PF.. I have one about 3 miles from my house so I started going in December and really enjoy it...

I received a card in the mail this week for a free visit to PF! I plan to use it and I am seriously considering joining there once my current contract is up at AF on April 18. I wouldn't mind using the Healthplex gym but the hours of operation do not work for my schedule. Is there always someone on the premises at PF?

I believe that there is always a person avaliable during operating hours.

the one I go to is open Monday 5 AM - Friday 9 PM and on weekends 7 to 7.

I am LOVING Planet Fitness! I joined on Sunday evening and I have already put in 5 hours this week! I'm at the Bandera Rd location. It's really empty in the early mornings (5-6am) - not so much in the evenings, but there is such energy! I will meet with a trainer tomorrow evening for my initial program. Can't wait!. If you're looking for a (nearly) 24 hour gym I suggest you try PF.
